Our Personal Training starts with Functional Movement Screening to see if you are able to move well and make sure you are not prone to injuries. Our motto is move well, move often.
After that we’ll talk about what you want to achieve, what you need, your workout program, your likes, dislikes and injury history. Everything will be customized for you! We’ll figure out how can we make the most out of this hard times.
Our Facility and Trainers
Our workouts will take place in 300 sqm facility and you will be the only one there with your trainer. We clean our equipments before and after our sessions! We take time like these seriously!
Our trainers hold American Council on Exercise, Strong First Barbell, Russian Kettlebell, Functional Movement Screen and TRX Certifications.

Start Your Personal Training at Home
If you want to start your personal training at home, you don’t even need to purchase any equipment, we’ll bring them to you (including kettlebells, TRX and bands)! Just because can’t go to a gym, doesn’t mean you can not get a GREAT workout in.
