Don’t Underestimate Daily Activity Levels

Let’s say you are going to the gym 4 days a week, each session you are burning 250 calories.  That adds up to 1000 calories in a week, it’s good but.. not that good! Even if you are burning 500 calories each session (which lets be honest that almost makes you a cardio bunny) that’s 2000 calories a week.

Also, let’s even say you are spending 2 hours each session, you are at the gym 8 hours a week. There are 168 hours in a week, and you are out of the gym 160 hours of those hours! What you do outside of gym matters quite a bit!

So if you can not burn enough calories in the gym, how do you burn enough calories? You burn it through out the day! Be active, keep moving, keep walking, eat healthy and keep an eye on your meal portions.
